Ações específicas da Comissão Europeia 2021-2027

Informa-se que a Comissão Europeia publicou, em 22/12/2021, a lista de ações específicas previstas no âmbito dos Programas de Trabalho 2021-2022 para o Fundo de Segurança Interna (FSI), Instrumento de Apoio Financeiro à Gestão das Fronteiras e à Política de Vistos (IGFV), e para o Fundo para o Asilo, a Migração e a Integração (FAMI) 2021-2027.

Os temas são os que se seguem e os documentos com mais detalhes encontram-se para consulta em anexo e através dos links identificados em cada Fundo:

FSI:

• EMPACT  ​

Neste âmbito encontra-se aberto um convite à apresentação de propostas para financiar projetos no âmbito da Plataforma EMPACT, com o apoio do Fundo de Segurança Interna 2021-2027, no valor estimado de 15 milhões de euros.

O aviso encontra-se aberto até 31/03/2022 e as candidaturas devem ser submetidas através do seguinte e-mail: HOME-ISF-SPECIFIC-ACTIONS@ec.europa.eu.

• Trafficking in Human Beings - support to victims (services)aras
• New technology for detection/analysis of terrorist content online; protection of public spaces; investigating transactions in underground market
• Support to prevent and combat child sexual abuse.

IGFV:

• Innovation for sea/shore and/or land border surveillance (operational testing in pilot projects)
• Technical equipment for EBCG national components (i.e. Member States authorities responsible for border management) to be put at Frontex's disposal
• Support to Member State' efforts aligning their IBM strategies with the multiannual Policy strategic cycle
• Artificial intelligence (for visa)
• Integrated solutions for transit border crossing: support to Member States for automation of border controls in Sea or Land Border Crossing Points affected by a recent major change of traveler flows and/or an increase of border crossing time for some or all categories of travelers
• Support to implement specific elements of the interoperability legal framework (SIRENE-MID e outros)
• Facilitation/automation of border crossing
• SIS shared technical copies and biometrics
• Visa policy - digitalization, consular cooperation and other.
  

FAMI:

• Early identification and immediate referral of Trafficking of Human Beings victims
• Services for victims of Trafficking of Human Beings for non-EU nationals
• Cooperation between Member States on language assessment in the field of asylum.​ ​
